Welcome to Envision It, led by Denise Pitchford—a dynamic trainer, facilitator, and workshop leader dedicated to empowering individuals and groups to unlock their potential and achieve meaningful growth.

Born into a family of educators, Denise Pitchford developed a deep love and appreciation for teaching and learning. After attending Grambling State University, Denise discovered her true purpose and entered the field of education, where she has impacted hundreds of students, parents, and adult learners. She has served in various roles, including teacher, university instructor, administrator, coach, mentor, and advocate.

Denise currently serves as the Director of Education at Shalom High School, an alternative high school in Milwaukee. While her students may be labeled as "at-risk" by society, Denise believes they are "at-promise."

A lifelong learner, Denise holds a Master of Education and two additional education licenses from Alverno College, as well as a doctorate in Educational and Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Denise enjoys reading, teaching, and providing development support to others both in school and the community. Her guiding motto is: "If I can help someone achieve success, then that is success for me".
